When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type and date of your event, approximate guest numbers and your message. For the security of the site we also process limited technical data such as your IP address in our server logs.
We use your enquiry details only to respond to you and to manage and follow up your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical/security data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available.
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, acting on our instructions: our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider (Brevo/Sendinblue) which transmits enquiry notifications to our inbox, and our ticketing provider (tickts) where you go on to book an event. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only for those purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@premier-suite.co.uk.
